園内に関するＱ&Ａ
飲み物や食べ物の持ち込みはできますか？ Can I bring in drinks and food?
レンタルエリア以外への食材等の持ち込みは出来ません。レンタルエリアは持ち込みは可能ですが、食中毒等の責任はこちらでは対応できません。ご了承ください。
You cannot bring food or other items outside the rental area. You can bring food into the rental area, but we cannot take responsibility for food poisoning, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
営業時間は？ What are your opening hours?
9:00 ~ 17:00（お食事受付は10:30 ~ 15:30）です。団体のお客様は夜の時間帯（17:00 ~ 23:00）も営業しております。※要予約、お電話にてご相談ください。
9:00 ~ 17:00 (dining reception 10:30 ~ 15:30). We are also open in the evenings (17:00 ~ 23:00) for group customers. *Reservations required, please contact us by phone.
各交通機関からの所要時間はどのくらいですか？ How long does it take from each mode of transport?
JR相野から徒歩10分（無料送迎バスあり・要予約）
三田西ICから車で５分です。
10 minutes walk from JR Aino Station (free shuttle bus available, reservation required) 5 minutes drive from Sanda-nishi IC.
ペットの同伴は可能ですか？ Are pets allowed?
食事会場は一般のお客様とは離れた場所でご案内可能です。
4 ~5月、９ ~ 11月の土日祝は不可の場合あり。
それ以外は事前にご相談ください。
いちご狩りは同伴不可となります。
Dining will be available in a location away from general customers.
May not be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from April to May, and September to November.
Please contact us in advance for other dates.
Guests are not allowed to go strawberry picking.
車椅子の貸し出しはしていますか？ Do you rent wheelchairs?
３台ご用意がございます。ご予約の際にお申し付けください。
We have three available. Please let us know which one you would like when making your reservation.
雨天の場合は営業していますか？ Are you open if it rains?
雨天でも可能です。（しい茸狩り、BBQ、黒豆枝豆狩り体験、いちご狩りは屋内施設あり）
芋ほり体験は荒天時は利用いただけません。
It is possible to participate even in rainy weather. (There are indoor facilities for mushroom picking, BBQ, black soybean picking, and strawberry picking.)
Potato digging is not available in bad weather.
営業時間外の予約は無理でしょうか？ Is it possible to make a reservation outside business hours?
グループ、団体などのお客様はご予約対応可能です。（時間などもご相談ください）夜の団体での宴会などもお問合わせください！
We can accommodate reservations for groups and other guests. (Please contact us for details on times, etc.) Please also contact us for inquiries about evening banquets for groups!
しい茸狩り&ＢＢＱに関するＱ&Ａ
キャンセルポリシーを教えてください。 What is your cancellation policy?
個人のお客様のキャンセル料は前日まではかかりません。
当日の人数変更は食事コースの50％がかかります。
団体利用のお客様の人数変更も前日までは無料、当日のみ50％です。
団体利用の全面キャンセルに関しては2週間前～1週間前迄20％・1週間前～前日５０・当日は100％になります。
For individual customers, there is no cancellation fee up until the day before.
Changing the number of people on the day will incur a charge of 50% of the meal course.
For group customers, changing the number of people is free up until the day before, but only 50% will be charged on the day.
For group customers, cancellations between 2 weeks and 1 week before will incur a 20% fee, 1 week before to the day before will incur a 50% fee, and on the day will incur a 100% fee.
しい茸狩りのみもできますか？ Can I just pick mushrooms?
椎茸狩りは食事とセットとなります、
しい茸狩りのみのご利用はできません。
Shiitake mushroom picking is a set activity that includes a meal, so you cannot use the facility for mushroom picking alone.
採ったしい茸は持ち帰りもできますか？ Can I take home the mushrooms I pick?
しい茸狩りで収穫した椎茸はお食事用ですので、お持ち帰りできません。
おみやげ用は売店にて販売しております。
The shiitake mushrooms harvested during the mushroom hunt are for eating only and cannot be taken home.
Souvenirs are available for purchase at the shop.
松茸料理・ぼたん鍋に関するＱ&Ａ
当日予約なしでも食べられますか？ Can I eat there without making a reservation on the day?
当日席もご用意しておりますので大丈夫です。
松茸料理・ぼたん鍋は予約制の為、必ずご予約をお願いします。
We also have seats available on the day, so don't worry.
Matsutake dishes and wild boar hotpot require reservations, so please make sure to make one.
陶芸体験に関するＱ&Ａ
陶芸体験の所要時間はどれくらいですか？ How long does the pottery experience take?
「土ひねり」は45 ~ 60分程度、「絵付け」と「電動ろくろ」は30分程度です。
The clay twisting step takes about 45 to 60 minutes, while the painting and electric potter's wheel steps take about 30 minutes.
陶芸体験で作成した作品はいつできますか？ When can I finish the pottery I made during the pottery experience?
焼き上がりまで１ヶ月～2カ月かかります、それからの発送 or お引取りになります。
詳細が知りたい方は当日講師にお問い合わせくださいませ。
It will take 1 to 2 months for the baking to be completed, after which it can be shipped or collected.
If you would like more details, please ask the instructor on the day.
いちご狩りに関するＱ&Ａ
いちご狩りの予約はいつ頃からできますか？ When can I make a reservation for strawberry picking?
お食事とセットでお申込みの方は優先的にご予約をおとりしますので、事前にご相談ください。いちご狩りのみの方は、毎週月曜日に１週間分のご予約をお聞きする予定です。月曜日が祝日の場合、火曜日が受付開始となります。（予約受付時間は８時半 ~ です。）
Those who apply for a set meal will be given priority, so please contact us in advance. For those who only want to pick strawberries, we will take reservations for the week every Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, reservations will open on Tuesday. (Reservations are accepted from 8:30 a.m. onwards.)
いちご園の中に自分で持ってきた練乳等は持って入れますか？ Can I bring my own condensed milk etc. into the strawberry farm?
持参いただいた練乳やチョコレートなどお持ち込み可能です。
またお持ちでない方は受付で販売も行っております。
You are welcome to bring your own condensed milk, chocolate, etc.
If you don't have any, they are available for purchase at reception.
いちごの持ち帰りはできますか？ Can I take the strawberries home?
自分で収穫していちごをお持ち帰りすることはできません。
おみやげ用のいちごは売店で販売をしております。（売り切れもの時もあり）
You cannot pick your own strawberries and take them home.
Souvenir strawberries are available for purchase at the shop. (They may be sold out at times.)
いも掘り・黒豆狩りに関するＱ&Ａ
芋掘りに必要な物は？ What do you need to dig potatoes?
芋を掘る道具（スコップ）芋を持ち帰る袋はご用意しておりますので基本手ぶらで大丈夫です。
軍手や長靴の貸し出しなどはありませんので、必要な方は各自ご用意ください。
We will provide tools for digging up sweet potatoes (shovels) and bags to take the sweet potatoes home, so you can basically come empty-handed.
We will not be lending out gloves or boots, so please bring your own if you need them.
カブト虫狩り・昆虫標本館に関するＱ&Ａ
体験で探したけどカブト虫が取れなかった場合は？ What if I try to find a rhinoceros beetle but can’t catch one?
もし屋外採集場で見つからなくても、カブトムシハウスの中で必ずオス・メスを1匹ずつ捕まえて、お持ち帰りいただけます。
Even if you can't find any at the outdoor collection area, you are guaranteed to catch one male and one female in the rhinoceros beetle house to take home with you.
カブトムシはどうやって持って帰ったらいいの？ How do I bring home a rhinoceros beetle?
簡単な持ち帰り用のカゴはお渡ししております。
本格的な虫かごが必要な場合は売店にて販売しております。
We will provide you with a simple basket for carrying the insects home.
If you need a proper insect cage, they are available for purchase at the shop.
