We have prepared a BBQ course that vegetarian guests can enjoy too! Instead of meat, we have prepared plant-based meat made from processed soybeans. Please enjoy it with rare log-grown shiitake mushrooms harvested during the shiitake mushroom hunting experience, local vegetables, and shiitake rice (without minced chicken).
